Canoeing:
Paddle Away

Canoeing is a relaxing and calm way to explore Western Montana's lakes, river and streams. Canoers should wear a life vest or personal flotation device (PFD) and follow water safety rules and regulations. Canoe rental is a great way to try different types of canoes.

Great places to paddle: the Clearwater River Canoe Trail in the Seeley Valley, Lake McDonald in Glacier National Park and Lake Como in the Bitterroot Valley.
