Folf, Disc-golf, Frolf, Folf, Frisbee-Golf, hippy-golf, however you say it, the combination of Frisbee and golf has been gaining in popularity over the last few years. Glacier Country is rife with folf courses for a fun day in the woods or playing a course in the mountains.

Located on the north end of Kalispell, this long course is open and provides play without much elevation. Be courteous and communicative with other park users.
From North Main, turn right just before Buffalo Hills Golf Course parking lot. Park your car by the pavilion.
This short but challenging course uses same tees to dual targets. It's heavily wooded, with the front nine having custom made baskets and the back nine have tones.
On Highway 93, the course is located 3 miles south of Whitefish.

From Whitefish, take East Lakeshore Drive and continue 5 miles past the Big Mountain exit to the Smith Lake turnout. Park right in the main lot.
Just south of Missoula, this hiker's course spreads across a large expanse on the face of Blue Mountain. The first half of the course is mostly open with occasional tree obstacles, while the second half goes through wooded ravines.
The recreation area is located two miles southwest of Missoula. Take Highway 93 south to Blue Mountain Road and follow for one mile. The next left is Lookout Road, while the next right is the Maclay Flat Area.
This 18-hole technical course takes you among trees and provides a nice challenge for players of all levels. It's also one of the most popular courses in the Missoula Valley.
From downtown Missoula, follow Higgins Avenue south. Turn left onto Pattee Canyon Road and follow for 3 miles.

From Missoula, take I-90 west to Exit 89 in Frenchtown. Take a right at top of ramp amd a left onto the frontage road. Continue 1.1 miles west to a right on Roman Creek Road. Follow for 1 mile, bearing right on the dirt road. Follow the main road for nearly 1 mile to the parking lot.
This private course offers public access with 14 baskets, five tones and one barrel on its wooded terrain.
From Missoula, travel south on Highway 93 to Victor. Continue 2 miles south, taking a right on Bear Creek Trail and a left on Red Crow Road. Go straight onto Fred Burr Road, taking your first right on Spiritwood.

Travel west on Highway 2 into Troy, cross Callahan Creek and take your first right. Take another right into the museum parking lot. 1st tee at east edge of lot throwing towards river.
