In Glacier Country you can find an abundance of Montana-made quilts. Stitched with love, these carefully cultivated treasures represent a traditional country style. Western Montana provides many places to purchase a locally made quilt, as well as a chance to learn how to make your own from local quilters.

Quilt shows are popular events in numerous communities throughout Western Montana. We've included an overview of quilt shows throughout the region.

Bigfork

A quilt show is held at the Bigfork Masonic Temple here each June.

Columbia Falls

Each April, a quilt show is held at Discover Square.

Corvallis

This show is held during odd years at Corvallis High School.

Eureka

This quilt show is held during August at the Tobacco Valley Historical Village.

Kalispell

Each September, this is held at Northwest Montana Fairgrounds.

Libby

The Libby show is part of the annual Libby Nordicfest.

Missoula

A biennial quilt show, this is held during late spring/early summer.

Hamilton

This show is held every July.

Seeley Lake

An annual show, this is held during the third weekend of July.

St. Regis/Superior

This show is held in conjunction with the Mineral County Fair in August.

Thompson Falls

This yearly quilt show is held in April.

Whitefish

This annual quilt show occurs every July.
