Hit The Waters

With calm paths, deep runs and a healthy dose of raging rapids, Western Montana is a great place for a scenic float or a whitewater adventure. Outstanding whitewater adventure can be found on the Middle Fork of the Flathead River near Glacier National Park or on the Alberton Gorge outside of Missoula.

Many companies throughout the region rent rafts for self-guided trips. But if you're looking for an adventure with a seasoned guide (something we highly recommend) try one of the rafting companies below.

Play it Safe

Montana river conditions can be dangerous. Be sure to use proper caution, wear a PFD and dress appropriately when hitting the river.
